Location and what's nearby

Martin-Empl-Ring 8, 81829 München, Germany

Munich is a perfect weekend getaway destination, with plenty to keep tourists occupied beyond the beer halls and bratwurst stalls that explode across the city for Oktoberfest every year. There are heaps of things to see in the city, from Marienplatz’s impressive architecture to the Maximilianeum Palace, home to Bavaria's state parliament. You'll also find extensive museum offerings: the Brandhorst shows off modern artworks, photographs and installations, the Bavarian National Museum showcases the area’s cultural history, and there's also a German Hunting and Fishing Museum. Golfing fans can take their pick from two courses close to the hotel, one just under a kilometre away and the other at about 10 minutes' drive.
