Day 1: UK - Delhi

Fly to Delhi from the UK, spending a night on board before you arrive.

Day 2: Delhi

Arrive in Delhi, where you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3: Delhi

Take a full-day tour of Old and New Delhi, visiting Jama Masjid and walking through the winding streets of Chandni Chowk. You’ll also take a rickshaw around the Red Fort and Raj Ghat, before proceeding on to New Delhi in the afternoon. Drive past the Mausoleum of Emperor Humayun, the India Gate and the Presidential Palace. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 4: Delhi - Jaipur

Today, transfer to the ‘Pink City’ of Jaipur, where you’ll check into your hotel. Spend the afternoon at leisure getting to know this glowing city, where camel-drawn carts litter the streets. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 5: Jaipur

Enjoy an excursion to Hawa Mahal, known as the 'Palace of the Winds’, and the Amber Fort, ascending it by jeep. In the afternoon, you’ll head on a sightseeing tour of Jaipur, visiting the Palace of the Maharajah City, and Jantar Mantar, the largest marble observatory in the world. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 6: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

After breakfast, get on the road towards Agra. On the way, you’ll visit the ghost town of Fatehpur Sikri, and Bulund Darwaza, the largest gateway in the world. After settling into your hotel, you’ll visit the Agra Fort, where you can discover the Pearl Mosque. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 7: Agra - Delhi

Start early this morning to experience the UNESCO-listed wonder of the world, the Taj Mahal, the world’s most epic ode to love. Afterwards, head back to Delhi. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 8: Delhi - Goa

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight to Goa, India’s tropical paradise of dream-like beaches. Settle in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day getting into R&R mode. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 9: Goa

Spend a day at leisure today, lounging by the pool or exploring the palm-fringed coastline. If you fancy, opt to visit Old Goa and Panjim City, full of bustling markets and colonial architecture (£55 per person). (Meals: breakfast)

Day 10: Goa

Enjoy another day at leisure today, or opt to explore Goa’s Portuguese heritage on a Hermitage Trail tour (£70 per person). (Meals: breakfast)

Day 11: Goa - UK

After breakfast, head back to the airport for your flight back to the UK. (Meals: breakfast)

What is a deposit?

In short, you pay Secret Escapes a non-refundable deposit to secure your holiday, then you pay the holiday supplier the remaining balance of the holiday - as advertised - at a later date (before you travel).
